Description:

We are seeking a Delivery Relationship Manager, someone who is a great communicator and natural problem solver to help us deliver consulting services on technical and strategic direction on time and on budget. The ideal candidate has the experience to recognize project risks early, as well as the skills to identify and propose solutions, and effectively communicate with everyone invested in the project’s success. Candidates should enjoy interacting with clients in settings ranging from pre-sales to delivery and maintenance.

Our ideal candidate will have the ability to assimilate complex business propositions and use them to guide client conversations.  The fundamental skills of client need and issue discovery are clearly critical here, as is the ability to dynamically switch between issue discovery and proposition qualification.  These skills are necessary not only at the early stages of a client relationship but as part of ongoing deal and account management.

The candidate should also have experience in a variety of software development methodologies with an emphasis on Agile (Kanban, Scrum or others). The candidate has been, or has the desire to be, in a client-facing role and the communication skills required to do so. The candidates contributions will have a direct impact on the company as a whole, allowing them to grow quickly in a fun, exciting, and productive atmosphere.

This is a remote role that can be done from anywhere in North America. We are unable to consider candidates in NY, CA, and MA at this time).

This role utilizes a paid traction project as the final step of the interview process.

[A] utilizes such test, or traction, projects to not only assess skills, but more importantly to assess if there is a mutual cultural fit. This also gives you insight into [A] “behind the scenes” and helps you determine if [A] is the right place for you. Traction projects are also an excellent time to onboard with [A] tools, and learn key concepts that may be new, to see if the systems and the content at [A] all fits your style.

[A] customizes each test project to the individual candidate as well as to client and internal needs at [A]. The work you will be doing on the test project will produce important and valuable deliverables and contains areas that may be involved in your [A] position. As mentioned, this is a paid project meant to be completed in your "free" time.
